One Swell Look

Its official, I am obsessed with Mad Men. The hub of this 1960's drama unfolds in a New York City Advertising agency where segments of society are explored. What has really attracted me to the series is the amazing fashion, the Mod Mood explosion shown exquisitely through Betty's Porcelain perfection and Joan's ability to dress her fabulous curves. I am now donning coral nail varnish and Revlon's, Cherry in the Snow lipstick every step of every day and damn it feels good.

My love of mad men has really made me investigate all things American and vintage and I believe the following trends will be massive this summer.

The Varsity Bomber- This jackets will pretty much look amazing slung over any outfit. You could team with a fun jumpsuit for a modern twist or team with the preppy look with some school shoes and socks.

A League Of Her Own - ASOS

A line Skirt/ Swinger Skirt - Make your waist looks intsy wincy with a swinger skirt, short or long this spring or summer. The cream dress below by ASOS would look fab teamed with a headband or dress down with a leather briefcase and knee high socks and flats.Engage with this too cute for words look this spring. I told you sunny days were coming!

ASOS Broderie Anglaise Shirt Dress

Tailored slim leg trousers - A pair of these make any girl look effortlessly chic in any situation. Dress down for a walk by the sea with a little jumper or dress up with Spike heels and a leather Jacket- totally versatile.
